We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Esri. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing the successful delivery of transformational projects and enhancements for Product Management and Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Leverage your project management skills to lead teams during all phases of implementation, including requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration, and deployment.
  • Problem-Solving: Lead and collaborate with team members to translate business goals, objectives, and strategies into plans and solutions, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and partnerships with business sponsors and other key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives, manage expectations, and communicate on progress.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and plans to technical or non-technical team members, managers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, and planning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on audience.
  • Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment.
  • Be self-motivated and proactive, team-oriented, and creative, with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Prior experience in managing multiple and sometimes complex projects.
  • Complex problem-solving experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements to document project deliverables.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $68,000-$100,000, USD.
