Job Overview:


The Only Facial Receptionist is a dedicated and focused individual who excels at prioritizing, completing multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and welcoming spa atmosphere with every phone call answered.

With a warm and compassionate demeanor, they greet and book clients with ease, while discreetly and effectively communicating with the team.

By leveraging strong front office management skills, they drive productivity and maintain strong working relationships with all team members and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls for all 8+ store locations.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in the organization of holiday and promotion products.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer software.
  • Flexibility in an ever-changing and adapting environment.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for skincare and wellness.
