Senior Service Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Service Coordinator, you will support the Team Member Services Department by providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, with a focus on the onboarding process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for walk-ins, new hires, and team member inquiries, addressing questions regarding resume submissions, transfer requests, and more.
- Manage the onboarding of new hires, including conducting background checks, E-Verify, drug testing, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing name changes, direct deposits, and benefit enrollments.
- Maintain compliance with I-9 documentation for team members.
- Perform timekeeping duties using Kronos for designated departments.
- Verify rehire status for all applicants.
- Request and manage the transfer of personnel files for team members moving between locations.
- Utilize Image Quest to scan and update personnel files, documenting personnel actions for payroll and other administrative purposes.
- Facilitate New-Hire Orientation sessions.
- Audit and complete new-hire paperwork for processing.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality regarding team member and company matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- A solid work ethic is required, along with intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Experience in timekeeping is preferred.
