Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean and straighten rooms, offices, and common rooms and common areas
    • Clean bathrooms in apartments, common and office areas including sinks, showers, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
    • Replenish soap and paper products in bathrooms and at hand washing sinks
    • Clean and dust vertical and horizontal surfaces that collect dust
    • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
    • Sweep and mop floors in apartments and common areas
  • Resident Services
    • Ensure that resident's apartments are safe, comfortable, and maintained in an attractive manner and that residents' personal items are safeguarded
    • Clean spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as observed or directed
  • Equipment and Supplies
    • Properly store equipment and supplies
    • Follow Community-specific fire safety and infection control practices
    • Promptly report any unsafe conditions or equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and training
  • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test as a condition of employment
  • CPR and First Aid certified
