Job Overview:
The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership within the organization. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and possess exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a complex scheduling system to ensure efficient time management and organization.
  • Act on behalf of leadership to prioritize meeting requests in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate both domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously planned.
  • Coordinate team gatherings, including large-scale meetings and events, ensuring all aspects from venue selection to material preparation are handled with precision.
  • Support team operations through headcount management, budget tracking, and morale-building activities.
  • Maintain compliance in expense management and budget tracking.
  • Assist in space management in collaboration with the Lead Executive Administrator.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with diverse teams and individuals.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support roles, particularly with executive-level personnel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
