Aflac is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our North Carolina team as a Business Development Representative. This is a truly rewarding Business-to-Business position that offers a strong compensation structure, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to work directly with business owners to deliver voluntary benefits for their employees.



As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with business owners and delivering Aflac's voluntary benefits to their employees. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our presence in the market.



We offer a comprehensive training program, the Aflac Sales Academy, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will also have the opportunity to earn a $3,000-$4,000 bonus in your first three months.
