About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Wilmington, North Carolina. As a key player in our branch, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales
