Job Summary

Piedmont Service Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer CARE Representative to join our team in Wilmington, NC. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive and consultative support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage maintenance contracts, resolving concerns and ensuring timely billing and collection.
  • Work closely with the service manager to develop and implement pricing strategies for contract renewals.
  • Meet with top customers regularly to discuss their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in Key2Act software, Microsoft PowerBI, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Broad knowledge of customer expectations and success drivers, with the ability to provide solutions-based support.
