Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth and drive impact throughout Phillips Federal.
This role will be at the forefront of shaping the future of federal services, subtractive and additive manufacturing while providing legendary customer service to our nation's service members.
The successful candidate will drive exponential growth by developing and executing cutting-edge business development strategies while leading high-performing teams to foster a culture of innovation and secure strategic partnerships through expertise in market analysis and client relations.
By leveraging data-driven insights, you will power seamless execution of business initiatives throughout the federal government.
As a thought leader and industry expert, you will represent Phillips Corporation and drive strategic growth in multiple areas.
Phillips offers a collaborative culture and competitive pay and benefits.
The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.

Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic, high-level business plans in the government and defense sectors for at least five years or more.
- Deep expertise in federal budget trends, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Ten years or more of high-level business development that regularly delivered multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts focused on either providing technical services or the purchase of high-value capital equipment or software.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time or more as needed for work.
