Job Description

TC Transcontinental is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our North America region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, managing large revenue key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth in the North America region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including current and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and product strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, product management, or technical business development roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the coatings, packaging, and equipment industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, business, or a related field.
