The Position.
The Marketing Communications Expert plays a crucial role in executing integrated marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and increasing market share. Collaborating with a virtual team led by the North America Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will work closely with colleagues across the US and internationally to implement marketing initiatives that align with our strategic goals. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Central or Eastern US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing materials and campaigns, including social media content, case studies, application notes, digital initiatives, and print collateral.
  • Gather insights from key stakeholders to develop effective marketing collateral, collaborating with product management, sales teams, channel marketing, and other relevant departments.
  • Contribute to the design and preparation of marketing literature, ensuring alignment with Innomotics branding guidelines.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, performance analysis, and list management.
  • Track and report on metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, customer meetings, and events.
  • Oversee external website maintenance and optimization strategies.
  • Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets.
  • Provide communication support to sales teams and partners as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team on cross-functional projects.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to excel in a remote/virtual team environment, delivering results efficiently.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • High levels of independence, initiative, accountability, and self-motivation.
  • Professional demeanor with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills and sound business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (10-15%).
