Who We Seek
This full-time position is based at our manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. Due to the expansion of our product offerings and capabilities, we are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and install various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by interpreting written and electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of components, hardware, and other essential items.
  • Keep the assembly area tidy and ensure that assembly equipment and tools are well-maintained.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and expertise to enhance both processes and documentation.
  • Collaborate with management, team leads, operators, quality assurance, and other personnel to address assignments and resolve quality concerns.
  • Complete all necessary reports and paperwork accurately.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.
  • Competence in in-process inspection.
  • Basic mathematical skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
  • Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on honesty and timeliness.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to safety and integrity.
