A **Site Controller** plays a pivotal role in overseeing the finance and accounting functions, ensuring precision, accountability, and efficiency, while also supporting human resources operations. This position involves managing various financial activities, including the monthly close process, inter-company transactions, journal entries, and variance analysis, all while contributing to the company's growth through special projects. It requires a proactive and hands-on professional willing to take on diverse challenges.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to steer the organization towards its financial objectives while upholding integrity and complying with financial regulations
  • Supervise and implement accounting practices and systems to enhance financial accuracy across the organization
  • Prepare precise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and other financial activities to support business goals
  • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash management
  • Analyze business costs related to materials, inventory, and labor
  • Produce management reports on standard and actual costs, as well as profit margins
  • Enhance processes and controls related to manufacturing costs and inventory
  • Establish and track KPIs to identify growth opportunities and control costs
  • Coordinate with third parties for tax and audit processes
  • Contribute to standardized HR functions and support the new hire process
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of dynamic accounting experience
  • 4+ years in an Accounting/Finance role within manufacturing
  • Preferably experienced in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP, with preference for cost accounting and multi-site coordination expertise
  • Experience with intercompany transactions is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with a proactive attitude
  • Discreet and able to handle financial information confidentially
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines with accuracy
  • High integrity, commitment to excellence, and keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Organized with excellent communication skills and a team player
