As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of a team of skilled recruiting professionals focused on high-volume light industrial roles for SIMOS. This position demands a highly observant individual capable of connecting and communicating with people at all levels. You will oversee the administrative aspects of the hiring and selection process while also engaging with the community and utilizing available tools to attract and secure candidates necessary to meet our clients' demands through grassroots initiatives, networking, and field events. This role may involve site visits and moderate travel within your designated market.


Key Responsibilities:

· Execute staffing and recruitment processes to draw in and retain a pool of qualified candidates.

· Source, recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate a high volume of candidates for nonexempt light industrial positions.

· Maintain precise candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated and compliant.

· Actively explore new methods to attract candidates (Building networks within the community).

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Exhibit excellent judgment to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve objectives.

· Manage daily information and candidate data tracking, identify potential areas for improvement, provide insights to the SIMOS Operations team, resolve issues, participate in meetings, and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.

· Demonstrate exceptional consultative skills and proven experience in diverse recruiting methods, including passive sourcing.

· Manage relationships, including handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.

· Work independently, take initiative, and address situations that may arise.

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting, along with knowledge of ATS and systems.

· Possess excellent judgment to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

· Strong sense of urgency.

· Highly detail-oriented.

· Understanding of comprehensive recruitment processes and best practices.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Ability to prioritize and plan effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Customer and associate experience is a top priority.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with others and be a team player.

· Capable of managing a substantial workload in a timely manner.

· Flexibility to be present with our clients, in an office setting where applicable, and engage with the community.
