Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand Vodastra's presence in Federal and DoD contracting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the capture process to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and secure contracts.
- Meet quarterly performance targets to qualify for bonus compensation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Capture Manager in Federal/DoD contracting.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Ability to commute to San Antonio, TX or Frederick, MD (hybrid).
