Strategic Account Management Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Account Management to join our Growth and Strategy organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving account operations strategy and communication, working with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive account operations strategy and communication; work with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements.
- Project manage the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes.
- Oversee account operations onshore and offshore resources and provide direction/oversight to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Set up and oversee Contractor Labor Programs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of business operations and a proven track record of driving growth and improvement initiatives. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business related areas such as, Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management and Business Operations.
- Minimum two years of recent experience with people management.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or related field.
- Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
