Citizen Leader Lab, a prominent Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), is seeking an accomplished CRM Solution Architect to spearhead the development and maintenance of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This pivotal position will enable the organisation to optimise its operations, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive large-scale social change in South Africa.



As a CRM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and integrating a fully operational CRM system that meets the organisation’s evolving needs. Your expertise will be crucial in strengthening connections and partnerships across sectors, creating opportunities for active citizenship, and promoting leadership development opportunities for school principals and their communities.



The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CRM systems, with experience in developing and maintaining integrated software tools. You will be expected to collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system implementation and user adoption. Your technical expertise, combined with exceptional communication skills, will be essential in providing support to the CRM team and driving user engagement.
