We are seeking a Culinary Professional to join our team as a Cook II at the New Orleans Marriott, located in downtown New Orleans. This is a part-time position that offers a competitive salary of $18-22 per hour, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. They will also wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables, weigh, measure, and mix ingredients, and prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. They should be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
