Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory control. They will also provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, ensuring seamless execution of menus and high-quality food preparation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Planning: Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Food Quality: Conduct regular checks on freshness and quality of ingredients, maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate food and kitchenware orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create new menu items and refine existing recipes, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for food and cooking techniques, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
