Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory control. They will also provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, ensuring seamless execution of menus and high-quality food preparation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Culinary Planning: Develop and implement menu strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Food Quality: Conduct regular checks on freshness and quality of ingredients, maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate food and kitchenware orders, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create new menu items and refine existing recipes, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields.
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
