Job Summary:

This senior leadership position oversees the daily operations of the culinary team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a diverse team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute events and promotions
  • Maintain a culture of excellence, focusing on guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor financial performance, controlling costs and optimizing resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of experience in culinary management or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and enhancing guest experiences
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $30.77 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and more.
