Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of various on-site tasks, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Notify supervisors promptly of any potential issues or customer inquiries.
  • Review and respond to management and client communications through various channels.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all account processes.
  • Perform duties related to Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail Services, Reception, Shipping, Inventory Management, and more based on the assigned location.
  • Participate in cross-functional training to ensure coverage during staffing shortages.
  • Adapt to changes in site responsibilities and coverage based on client needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the upkeep and performance of reprographic equipment.
  • Follow established maintenance procedures and processes daily.
  • Conduct routine maintenance of equipment, including cleaning and replenishing supplies.
  • Identify equipment issues and escalate to the service department when necessary.
  • Deliver paper and assist users with basic equipment functionality.
  • Record meter readings and maintain service activity logs.
  • Monitor and restock inventory supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and expertise:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Must complete necessary steps to obtain security clearances for customer premises.
  • May require travel between client locations, necessitating a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, and reaching.
