Role Responsibilities
This position is ideal for an individual who has earned a PhD in a relevant discipline and possesses substantial post-doctoral experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the execution of medium to large-scale research initiatives, including managing junior staff and ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive research and analysis strategies.
- Developing and/or assessing various evaluation tools, including cognitive and non-cognitive assessments (e.g., job knowledge tests, situational judgment tests, personality assessments, and physical abilities tests).
- Facilitating assessment centers and simulations across various sectors.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse sources (e.g., focus groups, surveys, tests, existing databases).
- Utilizing a range of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R) for data analysis.
- Conducting classical and IRT item analyses, test scoring, and standard setting.
- Preparing technical reports and presenting findings to internal teams and clients.
- Leading or assisting in the development of proposals to secure new contracts.
- Mentoring and nurturing junior staff members.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients, while promoting teamwork.
Candidates should be adaptable, eager to tackle a variety of tasks and projects, and possess a strong desire to innovate in response to client needs.
Qualifications
- PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of six years of relevant post-doctoral experience.
- Willingness to engage in diverse projects across multiple business lines.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated capacity to plan, prioritize, and manage personal and team workloads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in products and services.
- Desire to learn and innovate in alignment with client needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and clients.
