We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our team at Therapeutic Alliance, LLC. As a Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs) in collaboration with Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs).
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create interventions to meet client goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
