Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Training Specialist to join our team at DPS Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and reviewing deviations and investigations, as well as identifying and assembling proper SMEs for triage. The ideal candidate will have experience working in electronic Quality Management Systems and a demonstrated understanding of cell and gene manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and review deviations and investigations
  • Identify and assemble proper SMEs for triage
  • Document impact assessments and lead RCA
  • Develop appropriate CAPAs
  • Experience working in electronic Quality Management Systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in a scientific discipline
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Experience interacting with regulatory health authorities inspections
  • Consistent delivery of high-quality work
