Medical Instrument Specialist

RICHARD WOLF MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS CORPORATION is seeking a skilled Medical Instrument Specialist to join their team. As a Medical Instrument Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Independent Sales Reps in the territory with the objective of increasing RWMIC market share for repairs of endoscopic products.
Responsibilities:- Inspect, repair, and replace damaged instruments and electro-mechanical devices in assigned accounts.
- Work with Sterile Processing and O.R. departments to maintain instrument sets and keep repairs and replacement expenses within a predetermined budget.
- Promote RWMIC Repair programs and persuade customers to utilize them.
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance to ensure proper operation of customer's RWMIC equipment.
- Deliver or arrange delivery of repaired items back to the customer.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in biomedical engineering or related field preferred.
- Strong oral and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent PC skills, intermediate level on all MS Office Suite of products.
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work unsupervised.
