Joint Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Joint Training Specialist to join our team at Valiant Integrated Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joint military capabilities and experience in the use of the Joint Training Tool (JTT) and innovative training and simulation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the conceptualization, development, and execution of computer-assisted joint exercises and rehearsals.
- Provide expertise in exercise control group operations, controlling the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), and providing model support simulating operational techniques, tactics, and procedures of maneuver forces using various simulations.
- Work interchangeably as a Models and Simulation Instructor Controller and a MSEL Planner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably as a commissioned officer, non-commissioned officer, or DOD civilian equivalent.
- Ability to prepare and conduct seminars/work groups, conduct training in large and small groups, and conduct post-exercise analysis.
- Working knowledge of JTIMS JMSEL or the JTT, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Secret Security Clearance is required, with the ability to meet TS/SCI clearance level eligibility requirements for access to classified information and continued employment.
