About the Role

Supermicro is seeking a seasoned Executive Sales Strategist to drive our go-to-market strategy for Government and Enterprise markets. This role requires a deep understanding of server sales environments and the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to win and maintain customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments, leveraging channels and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value sales opportunities with Government agencies and Data Centers/Cloud, Gaming, and HPC industries.
  • Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers at these organizations, showcasing Supermicro's products and solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on server sales, providing training and development to internal teams and customers alike.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred, with a minimum 15+ years' experience in a server sales environment selling to State and Federal Government.
  • Results-oriented drive and a solid work ethic, with strong oral and written communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time or as needed, with a strong command of the English language and proficiency in a second language a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $224,000 - $262,000, a comprehensive benefits package, eligibility for bonus and equity award programs, and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
