Job Title: Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor is a key member of the Residence Inn Bothell team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash handling and credit policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including the front office log and trace file.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
