Front Office Supervisor

At Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Office Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction
  • Oversee PBX and Front Office Operations, ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures
  • Process incoming guests, handle guest compliments, comments, and challenges in a timely manner
  • Work with other departments to arrange for services requested by guests
  • Stay current with hotel developments by reviewing and updating the communication log
  • Prepare end-of-shift summaries and communications for management and other shifts
  • Encourage day-to-day up-selling of guest accommodations and promote hotel amenities, food & beverage outlets, hotel services, and loyalty program
  • Make reservations in accordance with hotel yield management practices
  • Process customer credit at check-in in accordance with hotel policy and data privacy policy standards
  • Supervise Front Office Operations and employees, providing on-going feedback and guidance
  • Monitor front office processes and suggest improvements to management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role
