Programmatic Media Manager

IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company, is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our programmatic advertising strategy, driving business growth and customer acquisition for our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute programmatic strategies that align with business goals across multiple brands
  • Manage relationships with programmatic partners, including DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and publishers
  • Manage programmatic campaigns from start to finish, including campaign planning, targeting, optimization, and reporting
  • Monitor and analyze programmatic campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on programmatic trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop and execute marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
  • Strong understanding of programmatic technologies and platforms with self-managed experience in DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk
  • Tactical execution experience - CTV/video, native, geotargeting, prospecting vs remarketing, PMP executions, streaming audio, SSP direct deals
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance with regards to programmatic variables - geo, device, demos, behavioral, creative, targeting layers
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
