Financial Advisory Analyst


Findicia, a prominent player in the financial services sector, is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Financial Advisory Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute financial assessments and modeling to facilitate investment banking operations, including mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.
  • Investigate and evaluate market dynamics, industry trends, and corporate financials to uncover potential opportunities for our clients.
  • Develop and design pitch materials, presentations, and other promotional documents for client engagements.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to assist in transaction execution and support the overall deal lifecycle.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other essential stakeholders.
  • Aid in crafting client proposals and engage in client meetings and due diligence activities.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and market changes to provide insightful guidance to clients and the team.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of business strategies aimed at enhancing growth and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar field.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools.
  • Understanding of the investment banking landscape and market trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • A robust work ethic and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
