About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Stokes Toyota Hilton Head. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to filter through inbound leads, determine client needs, and generate appointments through proactive marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention: Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by using a consultative and persuasive approach to answering questions about their targeted vehicles.
  • Team Collaboration and Process Development: Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
  • CRM Management and Data Analysis: Utilize our CRM tracking system daily to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Support and Education: Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet, and respond to inbound leads in a timely manner to ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Communicate with customers prior to service to ensure their needs are being met, and be available to respond to phone and email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
  • Performance Metrics and Incentives: Earn bonuses and commissions through meeting production goals each month, and receive hourly pay of $12.00 plus $3.00 commissions per appointments made and confirmed.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate strong computer skills and proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Time Management and Organization: Possess time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal Orientation: Be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and progress in your career.
  • Reliable Transportation: Possess a reliable mode of transportation to travel to customer meetings and appointments.
