Quality Assurance Inspection Specialist

Join Our Team at TelCom Construction, LLC
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Quality Assurance Inspection Specialist. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the excellence of our daily operations and project setups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee productivity and quality standards throughout daily operations.
- Collaborate with clients to address field issues and communicate findings to the Field Supervisor.
- Coordinate with external services, including subcontractors and management.
- Organize necessary equipment, materials, and labor to ensure timely project completion.
- Verify the accuracy of locates and materials.
- Flag projects and establish running lines based on permits.
- Review permits for special instructions and ensure the crew/subcontractors are informed.
- Maintain comprehensive quality control reports.
- Provide daily updates to the schedule and Field Supervisor.
- Support Supervisors and Foremen in enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Document and manage DOT paperwork effectively.
- Utilize spreadsheets for material management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications is preferred, particularly in crew management.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and various safety programs is essential.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Class A CDL is advantageous (higher wage scales apply to CDL holders).
Travel Requirements:
Regular out-of-town travel may be necessary, with paid lodging and per diem provided for overnight stays.
