The Quality Assurance Specialist will collaborate with various teams and ensure that all work meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks with external service providers, including subcontractors and management.
- Organize resources, including equipment, materials, and workforce, to ensure timely project completion.
- Request and verify locates as necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of locates and materials.
- Mark project sites and establish running lines based on permits.
- Review permits for specific instructions and communicate them to the crew or subcontractors.
- Maintain comprehensive quality control documentation.
- Provide daily updates to the schedule and Field Supervisor.
- Assist Supervisors and Foremen in enforcing all safety policies and procedures required by the company and external regulations.
- Monitor and complete necessary documentation regarding employee incidents and injuries in collaboration with the Safety team.
- Manage materials using spreadsheets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications is preferred, especially in managing teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written, along with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and various safety programs.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, effectively communicating with all organizational levels and clients.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory; Class A CDL is advantageous (higher compensation available for CDL holders).
- Willingness to travel out of town as required.
