Renovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Renovation Specialist to join our team at Lakeshore Employment Inc. as an Inventory Renovation Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the renovation and construction of inventory homes in our portfolio of communities.

• Manage and coordinate renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Inspect inventory homes to identify areas of need and create scopes of work for repairs and renovations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule and complete work, ensuring high-quality results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure efficient and cost-effective services.
• Compile and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in renovation processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
