Regional Sales Director

Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co. is a leading American manufacturer of Sunrooms and commercial and residential Awnings and Outdoor Shade Products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple dealer accounts
- Provide training, support, and hands-on assistance to dealer sales reps to increase sales
- Prospect for new dealers and business opportunities to expand our market presence
- 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B and/or in-home sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Ability to travel overnight, generally by car, out Monday and back Thursday
- Competitive base salary and uncapped earning potential via an unlimited commission/bonus structure
- Vehicle allowance, company credit card for business expenses, and a comprehensive benefits package
