Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Clerk to join our dynamic team at Malibu Events Promotion. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, and providing top-tier support to our leadership and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and data entry.
  • Assist with managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle correspondence, providing exceptional communication skills.
  • Support the team with document preparation, reporting, and presentations, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Process invoices, handle basic bookkeeping tasks, and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide customer service, delivering a positive experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the office runs efficiently, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
