Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Job Description:
The Front Office Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, including managing the hotel's rooms, concierge services, and guest relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of front office staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless interactions between staff and guests
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency to meet business objectives
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
