Job Overview

This role will assist the Director of Event Sales & Services to achieve superior business results in the areas of ensuring outstanding guest service, team member engagement, favorable financial outcomes, strategic leadership and talent development, culture, innovation, and event operations.

The Assistant Director of Events will consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service while managing all activities related to the Event Sales & Services Office. They will also ensure that Health & Safety standards, as well as departmental policies and procedures, are complied with.
