Salary:

The estimated hourly pay range for this LPN role is $43-$57, which is 25% higher than the average rate in Massachusetts. This competitive compensation package reflects our commitment to rewarding your skills and experience as a licensed nurse.

 

Job Description:

This exciting opportunity enables you to deliver post-acute care as an LPN while working in various partner facilities throughout Massachusetts. You will be responsible for monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents, tracking vital signs, performing intakes, reviewing medical records, administering medications, maintaining supplies, and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment. Additionally, you may assist with IV set up, vaccinations, phlebotomies, and help with orientation and training of new staff members.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), completion of an approved educational program, high school graduation or equivalent, and at least 6 months of experience in a similar position. You must also be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
