About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiving Specialist to join our team as a Home Health Nursing Professional in Norwell, MA.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position providing quality, skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients in their own homes. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid RN or LPN license
  • Experience working with pediatric patients (Pedi, G/J)
  • Able to work Monday through Friday, 8a-4p or 9a-5p
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
