Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to join our team in Watertown, MA. As a therapist at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.

Compensation

The salary for this position is up to $137,200 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Our clinicians are guaranteed a pay rate that reflects their experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility as a Licensed Talk Therapist will be to provide high-quality mental health services to our clients. This includes conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, as well as assessing and treating clients with various mental health issues.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts:

  • LICSW or LMFT or LMHC
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

You must also be licensed and living in the state in which you will be practicing. In addition, we require clinicians who are willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week and have strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
