">Job Description
">As an LPN at IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering post-acute care to residents, including monitoring their physical and mental well-being, tracking vital signs, and performing intakes and documenting health concerns. You will also be responsible for reviewing medical records and charts, maintaining appropriate levels of medical supplies, and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need a high school graduation, GED, or equivalent, as well as licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
