Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in post-acute facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report on resident wellbeing, vital signs, and medical history
  • Administer medications and verify their effects
  • Participate in staff training and orientation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as an LPN
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
