Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Regional Women's Health Group. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate front desk staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, waiting room, and bathrooms
  • Monitor recalls and reconcile requests for duplicate charts, manage front desk web encounters, medical record requests, and escalated issues
  • Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls, route calls appropriately, and offer voicemail, paging, or redirection of calls as needed
  • Greet patients/visitors, assist and direct them accordingly, and screen solicitors for relevance to organizational needs
  • Explain financial requirements to patients, collect and record copays as required
  • Perform registration functions for new and existing patients
  • Schedule patient appointments per guidelines given and finalize patient schedules for previous day
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients and adhere to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance

  • Work 40 hours per week
  • Work 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Travel to different locations for work in Indianapolis and Zionsville
