**Job Summary**
Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and register guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
- Assist large groups upon arrival.
- Be familiar with the local area and provide recommendations to guests.
- Handle and resolve guest issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments according to procedures.
- Ensure all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end of each shift.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve guest concerns or requests.
**Requirements:**
- Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
- Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.
- Knowledge of reservation systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written means.
- Windows knowledge.
- Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
- Able to lift 20lb on occasion.
- Set schedule with availability to pick up extra shifts.
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
