Position Summary
As a Client Advisor, you will deliver comprehensive risk management solutions to both businesses and individuals.

Your main objective will be to identify, cultivate, and secure new commercial clients across various sectors, without limitations or segmentation constraints. While your primary focus will be on selling commercial lines risk solutions, you will also have the opportunity to assist commercial clients in enhancing their operations and increasing the value of their businesses through improved employee benefits, retirement savings programs, payroll, and human capital management.

Moreover, you will be equipped to address their personal insurance needs, ensuring that every prospective client can receive assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with an emphasis on commercial accounts.
  • Utilize a variety of sales and marketing strategies, supported by extensive corporate marketing resources, to guide prospects through the sales funnel to successful closure.
  • Leverage the robust platform at World to provide risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client services, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sales experience in providing risk management solutions to business owners.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, though not mandatory for top-performing sales professionals.
