Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team to implement strategies that achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Manage clinic operations, ensuring adherence to legal standards and regulations, including HR management.
  • Formulate and execute operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Mentor and lead staff, assess performance, and support staff in reaching their career aspirations.
  • Assess the leadership team structure, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Exhibit strong financial insight to analyze P&L, costs, and areas for enhancement.
  • Oversee the clinic's budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement Strategic Workforce and Capital Expenditure plans.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Ensure the clinic remains updated with the latest healthcare technologies and trends.
  • Engage with industry partners to streamline operations and enhance communication.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Establish organizational Key Performance Indicators and devise plans to enhance metrics.
