Richard brings over 20 years of executive experience, demonstrating a profound dedication to educational equity. His previous role as Chief Strategy Officer at the Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) showcased his ability to align community efforts with broader recovery plans, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive the support they need.

“I am honored to join Marin Promise Partnership and build upon the incredible work that has been accomplished,” Richard stated. He is committed to fostering collaboration among partners and utilizing community insights to ensure that every student in Marin County has access to essential resources.
