Key Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure that all communities achieve and surpass budgeted occupancy rates for each assigned community and the overall region.

Analyze financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and care-fee expense ratios, providing guidance and oversight to Executive Directors.

Directly manage, assess, train, and mentor Executive Directors to uphold high standards of care, service, and financial performance, adhering to established company policies and state regulations.

Collaborate effectively with all team members, including community, regional, and corporate staff.

Evaluate performance and address deficiencies promptly to meet overall organizational objectives.

Ensure the delivery of services, including care, culinary, maintenance, housekeeping, activities, and programming, meets the highest standards.

Communicate effectively and resolve issues with residents, families, team members, vendors, and others with professionalism and customer service skills.

Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures among community and regional leaders.

Present current financial and occupancy data regularly, assisting in setting goals and objectives to meet company expectations.

Represent the organization to external agencies, government bodies, and professional associations.

Actively participate in recruiting future team members, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.

Address and support the resolution of concerns related to residents, care, service, or team member relations.

Qualifications
  • Multi-site management experience is essential.
  • Experience in extracting data from various segregated data sets is required.
  • RCFE Administrator Certificate and/or State of Nevada license as applicable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of college education; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations role within an RCFE.
  • Proficient in computer software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and relevant lead generation and management software.
